Natalie Collard is an award-winning senior executive and highly regarded advocate for regional Australia, innovation in agriculture, renewable energy and women’s leadership. Natalie has been the Executive Officer for Food and Fibre Great South Coast since September 2020, on a mission to grow strategic impact of the organisation and its high-potential primary industries.
Natalie is passionate about the food and fibre sector, with previous leadership roles including CEO of Australian Dairy Farmers Ltd, and Manager – Rural Affairs at the National Farmers’ Federation. She serves on the Independent Advisory Panel for Agriculture and Energy Investment with the Victorian Government, and on a Federal Government Board. She is also an executive coach with her own company, Quartz Group.
In August 2021, Natalie was featured by Industry Era magazine as one of the 10 most successful CEOs of 2021 for her dynamic range of executive experience and capacity to achieve outcomes. In July 2018, Natalie was awarded Woman in Renewables of the Year by the International Global Solar + Energy Storage Organising Committee. In 2013, she was awarded Telstra Business Woman of the Year – Victoria (Community and Government) and was a national finalist in the NAB Women’s Agenda Emerging Leader Award.
